FACTORY SERVICE
Factory Servicing of your MiraculeWater Processor is available
via an exchange program.
How the program works
1.) Contact by email (Debbie Mariscal) or phone the Sales Department (1-623-241-4254) and request factory servicing of your water processor. [When possible have your model and date of order available to tell the Sales Rep.] The Sales Rep will arrange for a new or refurbished replacement water processor to be shipped to you.
2.) Upon receipt of the replacement water processor remove it from the box and replace with your old water processor. Follow the usual flushing procedure with the replacement water processor, and ship the old water processor back to MiraculeWater Inc. at the address provided.
